Structural equation fit test of mathematical connection ability, mathematical reasoning, and mathematics problem-solving ability of junior high school students

The purpose of this study was to test the compatibility theoretical and empirical structural equations on relationship between mathematical connection skills, reasoning, problem-solving abilities junior high school students. This is an ex-post facto research at SMP N 1 Bengkulu City. population 296 people, sample selected through a simple random technique 100 people. Data collection techniques tests with three instruments. instruments are ability test, reasoning that have been valid reliable based expert field tests. data tested using Lisrel 8.8 application program. results P-valued 0.05, RMSEA ≤ 0.08; NFI ≥ 0.90, NNFI 0.90; CFI IFI RFI RMR 0.05; SRMR GFI 0.8≤AGFI≤0.9; then fit for complete equation model good fit.
